Got home a couple of days ago, and still feeling the jet-lag, so no news there. Had the pleasure of traveling next to a high concentration of teething babies on a nine and a half hour flight, which didn't help much on the sleeping-on-the-plane prospect.

Anyway, back in Dublin, and I'm looking at what happened while I was in California:

• Attended SES San Jose (did you know there's a street in San Jose named after Steve Wozniak? Well, there is.)
• Attended the Google Dance, which was equal amounts of madness, insanity, glowsticks, and draught beer. I spoke to a bunch of German SEO's, but didn't manage to find the Danish guys I had on my radar from SES San Jose. Better luck next time, I guess (if I make it there)
• Met up with Eric a couple of times, to catch up on life, the universe, and everything
• Attended my first ever Bootie party at the DNA Lounge on Harrison and 11th, where DJ Moldover was special guest. I took some video of it, it was pretty great
• Saw the Frida Kahlo, Lee Miller, and contemporary Chinese art exhibitions at SF MOMA, and it was pretty damn outstanding. SF MOMA itself is a very nice museum, and the current combination of exhibitions hits the spot: a surrealist, a photographer (a female war photographer, in the 1940s even, that has to take guts), and contemporary acrylic art (at least very high frequency of it) from China.

San Francisco is nice, I bet I could get used to living there for a while.
