The Great Firewall of Turkey runs a proxyserver to allow turks to access some of the content that has been blocked. This includes wordpress and youtube among others.

They are getting mixed comments on their thing with wordpress though, since they are actually violating the CC-license that many of the blogs on wordpress has.
