Blame Transfer Protocol 13.04.2009

The Blame Transfer Protocol or BTP is a Transport layer Protocol used to transfer blame. It is similar to TCP in its guarantees of data transmission and packet ordering, but instead of being a Connection-oriented stream-based protocol, it employs the Connectionless Datagram model, such as that employed by UDP. #

Update: This post reminded me of the whole geeky RFC lore where people would sometime suggest highly non-sensical, but usually very well documented, entries. Like the Standard for Transmissions of Datagrams on Avian Carriers, and the equally funny Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol.
