Whoa, wonder if I am 10.12.2001

Whoa, wonder if I am experiencing a stage of insomniac-ism [whatever, you know what I mean]. It is currently 8 o'clock in the morning, and I went to bed at a quarter to twelve last night. I woke up at 2 o'clock, and since then I haven't been able to sleep. I've tried reading, first some really boring school stuff, until I realised it only made me more awake, then I moved right along and read a couple of chapters in "Funk", which naturally sparked an urge to listen to "Flashlight" incredibly loud on my headphones over and over again.

This also made me more awake, but at least it brought a smile on my tired face. Then back to the nth reading of Douglas Adams' "Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency" - this book get's more and more hilarious and mysterious every time I read it. What's with the munk? It's been a couple of years since I read it last time, and this time I noticed that Richard mentions downloading data from an online database. Must be the first place I came across that word.

Either I am becoming insomnic [?] or maybe the whole palindrome-deal got me ringing. I wish I didn't linger on these things for so long and that I could just forget her. I am of to work shortly, it'll be a real test to be the service minded person catering for Professors in natural science who wonder where to insert the floppy in their NT-box, with only two hours of sleep behind me. Tired as a m*thaf*cka.

I am now home, got through the day OK, although I am not very spiffy at the moment. Upon checking my sitelog I came across this entry - curiously awaiting a mail from KPMGs legal department concerning their linking agreement - that'll be fun.

Listening to: Spearhead Staying Human while stressing that they're coming Listener Supported.
