OK, I have returned from the shed with new colors for my blog — what do people think about it? Feel free to comment.
BTW, I know this is a challenging layout for most browsers to render like it's meant to be rendered, so if the layout makes the page unreadable for you, disable stylesheets and you will be served the plain vanilla HTML-version, fully readable.
